I've been coming to this cafe for years and years - and it remains a favourite of mine, and of my two children. The café style is European, but with an updated menu including various vegetarian options. Excellent breakfast, as expected, today, with poached eggs exactly as I like them - soft. Coffee is strong and robust. Indoors have bay seating which is really cozy; there's also outdoors, which requires prepaid orders (for obvious reasons).It's laid back place and low key - you're left alone, but never neglected; don't mistake respect for your privacy for neglect.

If you are looking for light, healthy yet hearty breakfast I’d recommend avocado and poached eggs stack. Absolutely delicious! Great choice of coffee and quick service

Great and really friendly service. Very fast too. Handy location and opens just about everyday of the year. Early opening hours great for earlier risers. Ample seating in/outdoor. Highly recommended.

I've been a regular for over a year, and today received a nice surprise. Symmetric placement of the strawberries and blueberries on my oatmeal porridge. Great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices

Great breakfast menu selections.... spoilt for the choices offered. Had the home made Bircher, plain croissant and a toast. Prompt service even though it's quite full at the front.
